Robert Piquard (born in 1948) is a self-taught painter that works primarily using oils and glazes. His paintings, which have a very smooth and transparent appearance, are enhanced by chiaroscuro.

Since 1986, he has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions and received various awards:
- Gold medal "Arts section at the XV International Festival of Arts and Letters in Pleneuf-Val-Andre (Côtes d'Armor 22) April 2001
- Plublic Award at Fair Sorinnières (44) in January 2001
- Passage on M6 for exhibition at the Hotel des Colonies in Nantes in 2001
- Member Art of Pastel de France
- Member of the Pastel Art of Périgord
- Member of the House of Artists in Paris
